I recently had the pleasure of working with Annie to help first time homebuyers purchase a home in Webster, MA. It was a quick turnaround and Annie was committed to working together to make it happen. From the very start, she was quick to respond to every request and really stayed on top of every aspect of the transaction. The reality is that she didn't treat this as a "transaction". It was clear that this is personal for her. She showed that she really cared about the needs of her clients and made sure that they understood everything and were happy with their decisions. She negotiated a fantastic deal for them as evidenced by the appraisal! If you are wanting to become a homeowner, you could be in no better hands than to have Annie by your side!

Annie was excellent to work with. She was always very responsive and helpful. She assisted me with keeping a positive attitude during .She attended the selection’s meeting and helped offer some opinions on what to pick when I was choosing and struggling with decision.When we realized that there were no plugs in the basement and we wanted them she advocated for a no change fee and it was waived.she stayed on top of the project and followed up on every delay trying to get an accurate closing date. I would highly recommend her to anyone

My partner and I worked with Annie on selling our home... its hard to not make this a novel, so Ill just leave you with a chapter and possibly a few highlights. Dedication, is simply the solution and Annie breathes dedication during every step of the process. Our sellers guide provided the road map and her vision made it simple to follow the plan. For us the story begins before ever knowing we wanted to sell our house. Joining Annie's mailing list, activated the process of learning more about the market. She would send us emails about how to buy and sell homes. My partner and I loved those emails so much, because the information always reflected what we were seeing ourselves. This gave us confidence that if we ever decided to sell our home we needed to give Annie a try. We gave her a call and she gave us an honest opinion on our ideas for how we wanted to sell our home. She communicated what was possible, told us her strategy, and gave us a sellers net sheet which made the numbers side of things easy to understand. I loved those net sheets! Knowledge of the industry is so vital when selling a home, because your dealing with a lot of money. Having confidence in your team matters so much. Being able to be on Annie's team made everyday routines between my partner and I less worrisome. Instead of wondering how the sale is going, you have confidence in the process because your real estate agent has expanded your vision on how to proceed forward. It was such a cool experience, if given the chance we would work with Annie again, we just sold our home 2 days ago and we're still pinching ourselves. The way she laid it out, is how she got the job done! She is confident in the process but also a visionary providing the perspective on how to take the next big step, for you and your family. We decided to move across the US , from Texas to Massachusetts. I had no idea how I was going to look for a realtor, on a whim I looked up realtors in Massachusetts on FB and I clicked on Annie's profile.
