I recently had the pleasure of working with Annie to help first time homebuyers purchase a home in Webster, MA. It was a quick turnaround and Annie was committed to working together to make it happen. From the very start, she was quick to respond to every request and really stayed on top of every aspect of the transaction. The reality is that she didn't treat this as a "transaction". It was clear that this is personal for her. She showed that she really cared about the needs of her clients and made sure that they understood everything and were happy with their decisions. She negotiated a fantastic deal for them as evidenced by the appraisal! If you are wanting to become a homeowner, you could be in no better hands than to have Annie by your side!

Annie was excellent to work with. She was always very responsive and helpful. She assisted me with keeping a positive attitude during .She attended the selection’s meeting and helped offer some opinions on what to pick when I was choosing and struggling with decision.When we realized that there were no plugs in the basement and we wanted them she advocated for a no change fee and it was waived.she stayed on top of the project and followed up on every delay trying to get an accurate closing date. I would highly recommend her to anyone
